Vesterbro Serigrafi was founded in 1962 by engineer K.A.Hansen in the quarters of Vesterbro, in the center of Aalborg. In 1982 the company outgrew its premises and decided to move to a new industrial area in Aalborg East. The company grew further and moved within the same area in 1985 and at the time it had almost 40 employees.
The technology has streamlined the industry, so today the company has just under 20 employees. The location in Aalborg East had some trouble in keeping with the times, so in 2015 the company moved again. Now to Nørresundby on Lufthavnsvej, where the premises are more adapt to today's requirements for environment, serigraphic and digital production equipment.
It has been a long journey, and the development has changed production processes. Serigraphic techniques have been around for more than 2,000 years and it will continue to be, but new technologies have come to fruition. We have accepted the consequence with the move to our new address and our overall line of business. We therefore think that "Industriprint" is more up-to-date.
We combine the modern digital printing technology with the thousand-year-old serigraphic technology.
